Co-op Classes
We offer a variety of classes for all age groups. Much depends upon who volunteers to teach and what they want to teach. In past years we have offered choir, foreign language, science, history, government, art, photography and PE. The teachers usually charge a fee for their classes to help pay for items they buy to make the class happen. This is in addition to HEA dues. Tentative class offerings are listed below to give you an idea of the kinds of classes we offer.
2026-2027 Co-op Class Offerings:
- Choir (K-12th)
- Biography Read-Aloud & Presentation Class (K-12th)
- PE (K-3rd)
- American Sign Language (1st-12th – younger may attend with an adult)
- Science (4th-8th)
- Writing (4th-5th for good readers, 6th-8th as listed, 9th-12th also welcome)
- Handbells (4th-12th)
- Drama (4th-12th)
- High School Science (meets online and in-person on a different day/location)
